Our client is a boutique lettings company based in South West London with a growing, dynamic and driven team operating in two busy offices. We are looking for a motivated, bright and personable Junior Administrator to join the company and help with the organisation and broad range of property administration in the office.

The Role:

  • Assisting with the day to day maintenance of the unmanaged portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
  • Arranging Check in and check out reports
  • Associated Check in and check out works
  • Creating unmanaged deal files
  • Move in administration
  • Move out administration

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience within an administrator role, not necessarily property
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Organised, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, well-spoken and well presented
  • Resourceful and able to work under your own initiative
  • Able to work fluently alongside senior management and front office sales staff
  • You are passionate about your career
