Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum plus commission & benefits

             (OTE are up to £105,000)

Business Development Executive

The Business Development team drives revenue growth at the company through new customer acquisition and building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

We are now seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join the newly launched London office to drive sales expansion into the UK. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation and management.

We are looking for someone who can hustle, think on his/her feet, come up with creative sales approaches, and collaborate effectively with our global team.

Responsibilities:

– Engage prospects and clients in order to articulate our brand and tailor our value proposition to those clients; 
– Consistently close new business and manage a pipeline of leads; 
– Execute on sales/account growth objectives and map market potential to identify new clients and sales channels; 
– Work collaboratively with the marketing, content and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced; 
– Keep detailed account updates in CRM according to required criteria.

Requirements:

* Proven sales track record in high velocity sales, B2B or SaaS companies; 
* Ability to go through large amounts of leads and convert at least 10% of them; 
* Process oriented but agile as product and strategy evolves; 
* Ability to understand needs and goals of prospects and build strong relationships with clients; 
* Highly motivated self starter, ambitious and results driven; 
* Experience in financial services is preferred; (Ideally from an investment banking, hedge fund or asset management background)
* Strong IT fluency; strong Excel/Powerpoint skills and Google Suite; 
* 3-6 years in direct sales role, minimum 5-8 years of overall work experience; 
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised institution.
